SOEI
Purpose: Sigma Outreach and Education Initiative, Inc (SOEI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose purpose is for charitable and educational purposes. SOEI has a collaborative partnership with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Delta Gamma Sigma Chapter in Dover, Delaware. Through this partnership Board Members, volunteers, and local businesses assist with securing funding through fundraising efforts and corporate sponsorships.
